Meet Our New VP of Finance & Business Operations

We are pleased to announce that Howard Warner has joined the Vungle team as Vice President of Finance and Business Operations. As part of Vungle’s executive team, Howard will lead all finance, legal and international operations as we continue to scale globally.

He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, and he will be a valuable addition to the team as we prepare for the next phase for the company.”

Prior to joining Vungle, Warner served on the Board of Directors as an advisor for Versaic, a leading provider of corporate social responsibility management solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. Additionally, as Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Reliance Globalcom Services (FKA Yipes), Warner grew revenue from $26 million in 2004 to approximately $64 million in 2007 and led the negotiations for its successful exit.
